The Myth of the Sky King

All the clouds and the Sky King had a meeting.  The Sky King announced, "I have not laughed in ten thousand years.  I  will hold a contest in my kingdom and whoever can make me laugh will be granted the rewarded of living in my castle."  All the clouds in the village thought this would be easy, but they had much to learn.
Finally, the day of the contest arrived.  The king's royal joker, who had never accomplished the task of making the king laugh, was at the front of the line.  The Joker danced to the beat of the music.  The repetition of this dance over and over made the Sky King chuckle.

He laughed so hard that all the people on earth felt a slight breeze of air; they had never felt this before.  The people called it wind - never thinking of the idea that the Sky King would laugh.

Then the Joker sang a sad solo that was originally funny but he changed the words around.  The Sky King now started to cry, and his kingdom turned black and small drops of water fell from the sky.

This is why the wind blows and water falls from the sky.  Still today the Joker dances and sings, and the Sky King laughs and cries.
