Supply List-Our Classroom Wishlist
Personal Supplies needed:

- 5 spiral notebooks
- 5 folders with brads
(prongs)
- planner ($4 from school)

- markers and crayons
- No Rolling backpacks please!!

Rules and Guidelines |
| We use a number system in the fourth
grade. Students are given a "number" according to the rule broken.

Friday Folders
are sent home every Friday we are in school. If there is a Friday
holiday, folders will be sent home on Thursday (or the following Monday
if we are off on Thursday too). Please return them on Monday signed. The folder
also has your child's work for that week. Any questions can be written
in the planner and we will contact you if necessary.

Late work is accepted on these conditions. Any assignment not turned
in on due date can be turned in before day's end Friday of that week. If
an assignment has not been turned in, the student loses Fabulous Friday
to make up the work. A student receives a "number 6" for each assignment
not turned in on time. 10 points will also be deducted from late work.
If a student turns in the work one day late, we will
remove the number 6.
Make up work will be given to child the day
they return to school. We do not give assignments prior to vacation
unless given several weeks notice. All make up work is due within 2
school days.

S.T.A.R.
(Students Taking Academic Responsibility)
notebooks come home daily. It should be
signed daily!
The
Notebook contains student planner, a 2 pocket
divider for homework and school notes, and a
sheet protector for block schedule and lunch
menus. Entries are made daily so please look at all of
the sections. PLEASE SIGN AND RETURN FOLDER EACH
DAY!
Planners are sold for $4 at school.
Students are responsible for writing assignments
in a planner each day before leaving. I will do
a quick check whenever possible and I post
homework online
everyday. Please do not ask me to email
assignments to you. They are already available
on the
homework page.
Parents should sign the planner each night. It
will also let you know of any numbers your child
received.

Snacks are allowed.
Snacks need to be nutritious. We will not allow
students to have candy, chocolate, or fast food
for snack. We also ask that families donate a
few snacks yearly for Fab Friday celebrations. A
calendar with your family's Friday will be sent
home at the beginning of the year.
