After reading examples of alliteration on the web, students will correctly identify alliterative phrases in Dr. Seuss stories.

One alliterative phrase was correctly identified.

10 points
Two or three alliterative phrases were correctly identified.

15 points
Four alliterative phrases were correctly identified.

20 points
Five or more alliterative phrases were correctly identified.
