Introduction
Your mission is to find out exactly who Aesop was and read some of his fables. Aesop lived in about 620 B.C. so your next task is to play the role of "storyteller" and bring his stories into modern times.  Your group will create an updated version of Aesop's Fables titled ???????'s Fables

Task
Become familiar with Aesop's original fables
so that you will be able to write an "updated" version. These newly created fables will be
presented in a multimedia format using either
Kid  Pix, Hyperstudio or Power Point.

-don't forget to include your "moral"
                4.  Choose a name for your combined group of fables.  Fill in
                              the blank-    ___________________'s Fables.

Conclusion
You have taken a storytelling format and
brought it forward over 2 millennium. How do you
think Aesop would have liked your multimedia
story?  Would he have any trouble understanding
your story?  Why?  Congratulations on making a
connection with the work of a person who lived
about 2620 years ago!
